June 6, 2014 – Industry Canada’s Minister James Moore announces renewed funding for Computers for Schools program.

In response to the recent announcement, RCT’s Executive Director stated “RCT is thrilled that our organization and counterparts across Canada will continue to increase digital literacy skills, job related work experience for youth and support community learning organizations from coast to coast.”
The Computers for Schools program has delivered over 1.3 million computers to schools, charities, nonprofits and libraries since inception.
Hundred of youth are provided with paid work terms to provide them with the invaluable opportunity to get on the job skills.
