I joined RCT through the Youth Internship Program, which gave me valuable hands-on experience and helped me build a strong technical foundation. After completing the program, I was hired full-time as a Junior Technician, building computers, troubleshooting and performing QA tests.
The mentorship and teamwork at RCT had a huge impact on my growth. It gave me the confidence and skills to advance in my career. After leaving RCT, I worked as a Field Engineer at Dell Technologies and now serve as a Technical Event Production Coordinator at Humber Polytechnic’s IT Department.
RCT truly helped me gain the experience I needed to find meaningful work in my field.
